TNVR Neutering Team is a strong team formed by Puti Care Life Association, Tainan City Hsu Chunshui Stray Animal Home, Taichung Qiaofeng Care Life Association, Papa Hsu for Dogs, and other animal protection volunteers. It is a strong power united by love and faith for a common goal. TNVR Neutering Team has traveled all over Taiwan, and many volunteers have participated in each session.
